From the earliest meetings, more often than not at the property, Russell continues to advise a marketing campaign designed specifically to the circumstances presented. That could involve recommending measures in preparation for going onto the open market, or even whether the time is best to act now… or later. It could include discussion regarding the why’s and where-withall’s of asking a Fixed Price, or an Offers Over price; whether we should show the property to prospective buyers; should there be fixed viewing times or by appointment and so on. We provide an accompanied viewing service, should that be required.
Our selling fees and requisite outlays are agreed prior to going “live” for sale. We believe our charges to be fair and often we settle on an incentive-based formulae where both parties benefit. Either way, we’re happy to discuss.
We are geared up to provide a variety of options when it comes down to brochures and sales schedules; we have an in-house photographer who also prepares floor plans. We are able to refer potential buyers to highly regarded and independent mortgage advisers.
